2. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order.
🔹 Production time: 3 to 5 calendar days.

Estimated Delivery Time

📦 United States (paid shipping): 3 to 6 business days (FedEx or DHL).
📦 Canada (paid shipping): 4 to 8 business days (FedEx or DHL).

📌 Important:

  • The customer must provide accurate shipping details (name, postal code, address, phone number, and email).
  • If the shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, the customer must pay for reshipment.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Customs Duties, Import Fees, and International Shipping Risks

Our store is based in Mexico, so for all orders shipped to the United States and Canada, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

🔹 These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping fees.
🔹 It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
🔹 If customs require additional payments, the customer must handle these fees directly with the local authorities.
🔹 If a package is held, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, Kidsylop will not issue refunds, cover additional costs, or reship the order for free.

Important: In case of customs delays, the estimated delivery time may be extended. Kidsylop has no control over customs processing times or additional inspections.


4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All Kidsylop products are handmade to order, making each purchase final.
🔹 No returns. (Returns are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons).
